"You can say that this music is cheesy, drugged-up, and silly, and be annoyed by it, or you can say that this music is cheesy, drugged-up and silly and let yourself enjoy it. Yes, it's blatant ecstasy music! Yes, it's dated! But it's hard not to smile while listening to the rave sing-along "Living in Ecstasy", or the Happy Mondays-esque "Another Kind of Find". Let yourself be buried in the onslaught of buzzy acid synths in "L.S.D.", and get gruuvy with the laid-back house anthem "I Lift My Cup". If you dig this CD, also check out the "Techno Mancer" series (especially volumes 3 & 4), "The Best of Techno" albums, and "The United Stance of Techno" compilation (which doesn't seem to be on Amazon- out of print maybe?)"
