PIXEL PERFECT, a fantastic Disney Channel Original Movie, al

"Ever since Disney got rid of their original shows (So Weird, The Jersey, etc.) and started producing lower-quality ones, I was shocked to find that Disney was doing this with their original movies, too. It's so hard to find a good movie that Disney Channel makes nowadays, but I was so glad to have a breath of fresh air with PIXEL PERFECT. Lately, Disney Channel's movies were coming out as huge stinkers, but PIXEL PERFECT broke the chain, and ended up being one of my favorite Disney movies. I decided that since I was such a big fan of the movie, why not get the soundtrack? I'm not sorry I did.
1) Perfectly (4/5) - A pretty good song you can listen to anytime.
2) Nothing's Wrong With Me (3.5/5) - A great song at first, but once you listen to it a few times, it'll start to sound bad.
3) Notice Me (4.5/5) - I really like this song. It sort of ties in to the plot of the movie, which gives it something extra.
4) Get Real (5/5) - My second favorite song on the CD. Listening to this song just makes you want to get up and dance. This is a very good party song.
5) When the Rain Falls (5/5) - My favorite song on this CD. I'm a big fan of slow songs, and this one exceeded all my expectations for a slow song. If you cried at the end of the movie (I know some of you did!) you'll probably enjoy this one, too.
6) If You Wanna Rock (3.5/5) - LaLaine's an okay singer, but I really don't think rock is her style. She didn't sing this song that well--she's done much better. If you're a LaLaine fan, you might enjoy this song, but if not, you probably won't like it.
7) Don't Even Try It (4.5/5) - This song was barely played in the movie, so I'm glad it's on the CD for me to listen to. The singers for this are fantastic. This is definitely a song I can listen to over and over again without getting annoyed.
8) Tru Blu (2.5/5) - My least favorite song on the CD. If rap is done well, it can be very good. Unfortunately, the rappers for this song didn't do it well, and it's basically garbage. I don't know why Disney picked this song for Pixel Perfect. It doesn't have anything to do with the plot of the movie, and it wasn't that good. If you like rap, you might enjoy this, but anyone else will most likely want to quickly turn it off.
If you enjoyed PIXEL PERFECT, I highly recommend buying this CD. Since there's no telling when Disney Channel is going to play certain movies, having this CD will be a substitute for watching the movie. I really hope Disney releases PIXEL PERFECT on DVD someday. The fanbase is pretty large, so if you haven't seen this fabulous movie yet, it's a must that you watch it next time it's on Disney."

"This is a great cd!!! I just got it and I'm listing to it. And by the way, the movie was awsome and better then most movies in the theatres for example: Cheaper by the dozen. That movie was terible.1. Perfectly: It talks about Samantha not being perfect and she is worring that Roscoe likes Loretta. This is perfect for the movie and the cd cause' it's about a girl that's perfect and a girl that wants to be.
2. Nothings Wrong With Me: I love the Zetta bytes. Sure, they're lip syinc but they are playing the instruments and different from the Cheetah girls they have people to play their instruments but these people don't. Whoever sings has a good/weird voice.
3. Notice Me: Another song about Sam wanting Roscoe to notice her. This is one of my favorite songs cause' you can deffintly relate to it. Check out the music video on Disneychannel.com
4. When The Rain Falls: The end song, Loretta bye! the end is kinda sad but back to the song it's 4 minutes so be able to keep awake cause it is slow. It is shorter on t.v.
5. Get Real: The song when Sam falls. I was scared when she did but she did do a good cartwheel. This song is also on when they are recording it and Deryl keeps stopping them
6. If You Wanna Rock: There are 2 songs that I Don't even think are on this cd, and this is one of them. I guess it's ok. But, I'm kinda dissapointed in Lalaine cause she was Maranda in Lizzie McGuire and i was expecting more in her songs, but I guess it's ok. And for those who wanna buy her cd, watch out! You Wish is a good song, but the rest are junk. Don't waste 20$ on a 2 minute song
7. Don't Even Try It: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! This song is so............... great. I can't even beilive that disney would make this song
8. ?: I like it, the other song that's not on the movie...i think"
Pretty good!

"Although this Cd was short, almost too short, I still enjoyed it. Here's how I would rate each song:
1. Perfectly: 4/5
2. Nothing's Wrong with me: 3/5 This song got old after a few days
3. Notice Me: 4/5
4. Get Real: 5/5 This was probably my fave song!
5. When the Rain Falls: 4/5 This was a sad song, but touching.
6. If You Wanna Rock: 4/5 Lalaine has a good voice!
7. Don't Even Try It: 2/5 THis song sounded too much like the boring whiney pop of some bands today. Unfortunately the chorus got stuck in my head!
8. Tru Blu: 5/5 This was my second favorite song!
If you like Radio Disney's pop bands, you'll like the CD. If not, don't bother. See ya!"
For a disney channel original movie soundtrack...it's good

"Disney Channel movies. You'd think that maybe the world would be better without them. Out of all that I've seen (and I've sadly seen a lot) I've liked 2. You Wish! and Cadet Kelly. However there are many more that I saw and didn't care for. So when I saw the preview for this movie about a holographic girl that becomes the lead singer of band I rolled my eyes and said that I would never watch it. Well you know that I watched it or else I wouldn't be writing this review.Yes, I watched the movie (and I'm 20 in case you were wondering)and I found myself getting drawn in. The love triangle was interesting to me, and I wanted to find out what would happen to Loretta (was that her name? [I guess it wasn't that great if I can't remember the names of the characters]). And the music was enjoyable. I remember actually thinking during this movie that I hope that they release a soundtrack to it like they did that Raven movie. The next week I was wondering around a store and saw the Pixel Perfect CD. I laughed that they actually released it, but when I saw it was seven dollars I had to get it.I put it in my CD player when I got in my car and was surprised that I liked it (even though I had hoped I would). It was fun pop music that lifts you up when you need it, which is what true pop music should do anyways. So yes, this CD is actually good. And as a bonus Lalaine is on it! =0D"
