"Pearl and the Pumpkin" is a fantastic lourney that takes place on Halloween night! The main characters Joe Miller and Pearl Pringle are taken captive by Pirates, visit an underwater coral kingdom, fight a scorpionfish and end up on Denslows Island Bermuda! There are lots of fun songs, pirate chantis, carrabean rythms, ballads and dance numbers. The show is based on "The Pearl and the Pumpkin" which was on Broadway just like "The Wizard of Oz" also by the same creators Baum and Denslow.
