CD Reviews

OM Treasures
Manji | Georgia | 10/23/2005
(4 out of 5 stars)

"OM records compiled this treasure trove of Electronica/Lounge groove tracks to celebrate their 100th release and they scored a hit. The two stand out Gems on here are Natural and I Can't Wait (Perpetual Bliss Mix). Essential for any electronica collection this is also a good buy if you are new to the genres of House/Electronica/Lounge music"
Good, not great
Steve L. Pichosky | Toronto, ON CANADA | 10/14/2003

"There are a couple of highlights in this set, but the 2nd disc is a virtual write-off. As a "celebration", I expected more from a label that has much to celebrate. These discs should have been mixed. Idle tracks don't allow the listener to get into the flow of the tracks, and many were not created to stand alone.Highlights: Rithma's "Just Before Dawn"... BIG SMILE, and Ryan Raddon's "Get Busy" would make Prince smile, even if it is a little fouffy around the edges."
Om 100, major disappointment

"all i have to say is the cd had a pretty good track selection, even a couple great tracks, however it is not continuously mixed and that [is]in my opinion."
