"I used to work in a record store. I ran across this CD one day and popped it into the store sound system. Shortly after that, I had to take it out because someone heard it and wanted to buy it. So I ordered more. Virtually each time I played it, I sold a copy or two.
I bought a copy for myself and love it. That copy was lost in a move, so I bought another one without hesitation.
Now, I'm not saying that you should buy something merely because it's popular. I am saying, though, that if everybody who hears it genuinely likes it, it may be worth a listen.
Mellow but melodically interesting Irish tunes that make me feel like I'm by the fireplace in a pub on a foggy night with a cup of something warm.

"An outstanding CD! Very interesting, how harp music sounds arranged for guitar, concertina, pipes, cello, flute and dulcimer. As a fiddler I got "addicted" to O'Carolan's music and this CD encouraged my friends and me to try O'Carolan in our own way. My favorite tracks are "O'Carolan's Farewell to Music", "Planxty Eleanor Plunkett" and "Planxty George Brabazon"."
