"This is a good continuous 130-140 bpm cd. Some songs are a little redundant, but the hard beat keeps the energy up. This is not the best workout CD I've ever heard, but it's worth the price. This CD can also be found at workthis.com where you can find lots of other workout CD's that you can't find on Amazon."
It's okay...

"If this 2-CD set didn't have Blood is Pumpin' Future Breeze Mix on here, I would have given it less stars, maybe 3. It's such a great song, and I finally found it unmixed A lot of the songs on these discs were too cheesy or bad for me. Disc 2 has some really great songs, like remixes of Funk-A-Tron, The Launch, and Dive in the Pool, but so much was cut out of them! A pretty good song selection for the most part, but I would prefer the good songs in their entirety. I've begun to like this much better since I first bought it, over two years ago now."

"This is a good choice for a cardio workout. My class enjoyed it and so did I. I am glad I purchased this and it was at an awesome price.... I will pass on the good word to other aeriobic instructors at my gym"
Relatively Decent

"A serviceable mix suitable for several types of aerobics-based classes, e.g hi-lo, kickbox, step. It has some good grooves and the transitions are smooth and relatively easy to cue with. The actual music's a bit dated."
Am I a man or machine?

"That is a very appropriate question to ask after watching me work out to this Cd. This CD takes no prisoners, much like me after dominating my local gym to this song. I joined a gym because it gives more women an opportunity to look at me, which is good for everyone. I put this thing on my ipod in the parking lot and I ran into the gym in a full sprint screaming, "Give to me the weights and running machines, I shall own them!! It is I, McBowlerpimp, Lord of the workout!!!". So I start by heading to the exercise bike. There were some extremely out of shape people already on the ones next to me so I simply told them they were about to be embarrassed. I got the thing going so fast that it jumped off track and took off. I rode it through a wall at 21 mph. I was bleeding profusely from my forehead, but with this CD on, I didn't care. I went to a treadmill, asked the guy next to me if he wanted to race and waited for his pansy response. HE SAID HE WASN'T THERE TO RACE!!!! I gave him some sweet chin music and proceeded to run at 14 mph for 2.5 hours. It was time to lift.
I headed over to the weights and yelled, "I will now lift heavy objects and put them down again!!" I put six plates on both sides of the bench press bar and proceeded to lift it so fast that I hit the spotter in the chin. I then asked the girl that was admiring me if they could go ahead and order some more weights because these would not be sufficient. He boyfriend came up and said that she doesn't work there. I simply said, "Clownfish, it doesn't matter whether she works here or not, I dwarf you all. You are my subjects and you do what I say." I picked up the entire bowflex like thing and threw it across the room. He shut up and told his girlfriend she should probably start dating me.
Anyway, this Cd is great. I do this workout nine times a week and look phenomenal. thanks, Maximum workout!"
