"Riverdance and Lord of the Dance are wonderful works. The music is superb and , if you've ever seen the show, the dancing is excellent! It's unlike anything you've ever heard or seen before!!"
Where's the Bach-ster?

"I love the Lord of the Dance! I love Riverdance! And so should you! Every one of the CDs coming out of the magnificent Riverdance phenomenon, exuding that delicious and rambunctious Lord of the Dance energy, is a priceless gem -- even when we can't see the masterful visual artistry of Michael Flatley and friends. For isn't the best dance the one we see in our heads, the unreal and impossible dances that Riverdance inspires us to imagine? The pageantry, wit, and -- oh yes, even whimsy -- of this and the other (somewhat lesser) Lord of the Dance phenom CDs is unstoppable, like a juggernaut of beauty. Why not 5 stars, then? The answer is simple. No Burt Bacharach. In my Busby Berkeley choreographed Riverdance Dreams, Burt -- the Bach-ster -- is always there, crooning me into the 777th level of heaven. But no Burt, so no 5th star."
It's funny..., this album gets better with beer...

"What I can't understand is why this music just gets better with alcohol. Maybe it's the Irish in it, but a slight buzz absolutely magnifies my enjoyment for this album. I can remember my roommate throwing on not one, but both discs and a friendly, evening gathering. I distinctly remember myself saying "what's this?," with a confused look on my face, as I was passed a bottle of Irish Whisky. Well, still just a young lad, weighing in at only 123 pounds, it wasn't long before I was dancing half naked on the coffee table, proclaiming all to hail "The Lord of the Dance!" So, you wonder why I've decided only to allot 3 stars for my recomendation of Lord of the Dance & Riverdance? Simple. I listened to it a week later, sober."
