It's true a lot of people think the original punk bands were Black Flag & Circle Jerks which are great, but hear you see The Weirdos which is the FIRST California punk band and The Bags which, was probably the FIRST hardcore band with a female singer. The Germs is probably the best live show they've done that's been released. If you want to know about early LA punk rock (we all know how expensive those Dangerhouse singles can get), or just the first wave of punkers this is a great place to start!"
