A Great CD!

"I have a been a listener to smoother jazz sounds, like the Rippingtons and David Sanborn, but I wanted to broaden my horizons into more traditional jazz. This CD did just that. It is a great CD for the beginner or long time listener of jazz. Great job 32 Records!"

"It's nice to be able to pick up a cd with a really good jazz selection for that relaxed mood. Even better, to pick one up where I don't already have several of the selections on other cds.The producer of this cd has shown excellent taste both in musical and artist selection. My favorite cuts are "That's All There Is To Love" with Donald Byrd sounding very much like Miles Davis, "Lost", and "You Don't Know What Love Is". "Sunny" and "'Round Midnight" are also very good.If you like good relaxed jazz or if you like to sample some artists with whom you are not familiar, or a good bunch of standards, you will probably enjoy this cd."
Nice and easy

"No matter if you are a newcomer to jazz or an old hand, sometimes you need someone else to pick the titles so you can just relax and listen. This is the album for those times! No jazz fan could ever be embarrassed by these top flight performances by big name talent. BUY IT! LOVE IT!"
