2009 collection the fourth installment in the the Hammond Street series. This volume continues with even more classic Jazz, Soul, Beat, Fun and Punk, all with one magic ingredient: the Hammond organ. Some names are familiar including the James Taylor Quartet and Les Cappuccinos. Trummer and Orgel are from Sweden, Illusion Of Groove are from Germany and the rest are scattered around the country. This time though, the label have thrown in a daring alternative: Rory More at the Lowry, an imposter of an organ that somehow bewitched album compiler Richard Searle into breaching his Hammond only policy.
