"Disappointing neatly sums up my review. Gatecrasher carries some weight in the trance industry. Sadly, they failed to live up to their stellar reputation with this 3 CD set. Most of the tunes were just tiring. Uninspired. Boring. Yes, that includes my personal favorite DJ, Judge Jules. The CD set is absolutely nothing like his weekly radio show on BBC Radio 1. The tunes on the CD are just -- mediocre. With names like Judge Jules, Matt Harwick, and Scott Bond, my expectations were high. I left disappointed.
And this was an import set too! Would not recommend."

"I hadn't heard of the gatecrasher series before but as a fan of Ministry of Sound, I decided to give it a try and I was amazed. As good if not better than M.O.S. cd's. I recommend this to anyone who likes electronic dance music especially trance. A historical compilation of 14 years of trance music. Congratulations!"
