"This is a great low-budget electronica compilation, the sequel to "Elektronika: Better Musik Thru Chemistry" As with the first volume, all the cuts are fine examples of the genre as it existed in 1998. For those just getting started in the world of techno, they could do a lot worse than this one.Personal favorite tracks, Spring Heel Jack's 'Midwest', with a long sustained organ chord evoking wide open spaces. 'Timber' by Coldcut, just a kick-booty dance cut. A strange remix of an old 70's tune by Brit-Art-Rockers Gong ('A Php's Advice') by The Orb, and the awesome 'Mr. Excitement' by the incredible Tipsy. Listening to 'Mr. Excitement' is like being lost in someone else's Bossa-Nova nightmare....and loving it! So pick it up, if you like electronica, you won't be disappointed."
