Far From a Tiki Bar

"What a waste of plastic and paper. I honestly don't know who this Drew is to make him so famous (maybe because he cranks out crap like this), but I do know that he is misleading you. There is NOTHING "tiki" or "exotic" about this line up of what can be best explained to an oldies station summer line up. This is just a lame... read: LAME excuse to use the theme of a luau to make a quick buck. This is something you would either hear at a last-minute-thrown-together office party, or the frat boys next door (if you are lucky to have frat boys to pick up this "masterpiece".

Look, the only thing good about this CD is the art. The art is really nice, I like it. But if you want to have REAL "tiki bar" music to play at home or during a luau, might I suggest Martin Denny, Al Harrington, The Tiki Tones, or even Clouseaux. Just please don't buy this CD. The songs are great songs, just not for your tiki bar or luau. If you want a CD with quality music, look at the ultra-lounge series."
