Album DescriptionDiet Strychnine Records is set to release a thumpin' new sampler of tech-house, breaks and d'n'b -- street date FEB 18. This full-length continuously-mixed CD features the first domestic release of PJ Stroller's Gravy Remix. This track was tapped by Fabric London for the Richards/Burridge Tyrant 2 mixCD and has gotten props from from top djs and tastemakers -- please see our online one-sheet for vitals, reviews and MP3 versions of the tracks: Other standouts on the sampler include "Greenlight" -- a new drum-and-bass track by the Bay Area's own Deepfatfried -- and the jacking tech house masterpiece "Forgiveness" by Hollywood's The New Humans. DS9 has built up a hardcore base of fans who are chomping at the bit for a CD -- our last four release have been vinyl-only. We are HQ'd in nYc, and have representation in N. -&- S. California. Although our first four releases have been in the electronic vein, we will be branching out into the "alt-Rock" scene with an early 2nd quarter release by Brooklyn's The Enemy Love - a three piece band that brings the heat. DS9 is picking up steam and looking forward to a very productive 2003.
