"This album is definitly more techno-industrial. The printed label on the cover claims that 50% of the material is unreleased and therefore makes it quite a good buy if you're a collector.
Its a good compilation of songs. Some standout tracks include "Shores of Forever (Epsilon Minus Remix)" by Regenerator, "Freedom (Restriction Mix-Edit)" by Epsilon Minus are both superior versions compared to the originals. "Fearful" by Hungry Lucy is very catchy and a lot gentler a synthpop (triphop) song compared to the rest of the songs on the album.
In contrast to the gentle Lucy, is "Elektra" by Ultraviolence, a harsh hardcore/happyhardcore influenced type track that is quite enjoyable. "Naked" (Assemblage) + "Day of the Century" (Seabound) are beautiful slowly executed tracks, while Icon Of Coils "Situations Like These" heats up the dancefloor. Panic on The Titanic is a group(?) that ive never heard of and a welcome addition to the scene. The big guns like Razed In Black, Aiboforcen, Haujobb, Absurd Minds, L'ame Immortelle, and Flesh Field all deliver, except for Wumpscuts "Ruda" which is a nice track reminiscent of Music for A Slaughtering Tribe, but is misplaced on this compilation (its also ill fitting on Septic II) and Juno Reactor is quite boring with their brand of traditional techno "Masters of the Universe"
One song that cannot be forgotten is "Translate V.1.0" by Negative Format. An awesome fast track with buildups and good production.
This is defintly the first Cyberlab of any worth and I cant wait for any future Alfa Matrix compilations that are conceptually similar."

"I definately like dark and sinister, however, I really liked this compilation for something different. It is typical club music, and if you want to listen to that - that's what this is."
