"Some compilation CDs claim to give you the best trance of the past and present, but this CD actually delivers.
Interestingly enough, it feels as if there are different moods with each disc.
disc 1 I would call more pounding, more club tracks to get you your energy up. standout tracks include the synthesizer-heavy "resurrection" and "suburban train." The trance classic "silence." Beautiful female vocals in "drifting away" and "take my breath away." Disc 2 gets you in a more contemplative mood. The disc has lower bpms than the first disc but the energy is still there (just in a different form). Great classics like "1998", "for an angel", "gouryella" and of course "cafe del mar""
