"The 12th installment of the Bonkers series is better than ever! Hixxy's Mix: This mix was good, but not up to the standard of his previous mixes. There are a number of good tunes in here (Take a Look, You're My Angel, Fallen Angel, Whole, C.O.N.), but since Breeze & Styles and Hixxy have basically the same trancey style, it seems like the quality songs in this style are spread a bit too thin across the two of them.Sharkey's Mix: Surprisingly good. I haven't liked Sharkey's freeform style in the past, but this time his mix showcases a number of really great tracks (Can't Compete, New Zealand Story, Know the Score, Hugger Mugger, Funky Technician). And of course, fans of Sharkey's older mixes will definitely love this one.Scott Brown's Mix: Jaw-dropping. Absolutely breathtaking. Songs like This Is How We Do It, All About You, This Is My Bass, and Boomstick (all four of which rank as some of my favorite hardcore songs ever) highlight the incredible quality in Scott Brown's music. There isn't a single track on this CD that I would consider bad. The Gabber tracks at the end of the mix are just incredible. This CD alone is worth the whole price of the set and then some. Breeze & Styles: A lot of people don't seem to like this CD, but I quite like it. There are a number of songs that stand out from the crowd (Feel The Power, 3000 Cycles, Flow, Take Your Time). Granted, many of the songs sound very similar to one another, but there's enough variation to keep it interesting.Aside from a few nitpicks, this is a CD set that should in every Hardcore fan's collection. It's a wonderful showcase of the various flavors of hardcore; there's something here for everyone."

"Priced at about $25, this compilation is a must have for any hardcore lover. If you are a fan of the recent Bonkers series, then this 4 Disc set is a great addition to your collection. In order of Preference:
CD4: This is Breeze & Styles first installment in the Bonkers series, and in my humble opinion, their CD beats the other three hands down. It's a mix of very happy, upbeat tracecore with alot of exclusives on it. Every song on the CD kicks like happy hardcore should: making you feel good when you listen to it! CD3: Scott Brown's Mix is very, very good, if you enjoy the dark side of hardcore. The Gabber on the end the CD is very good as well. Many people consider Scott Brown the most talented of hardcore producers; he is sure up there!CD2: Sharkey's Mix is very good, starting off with a great track "Power in the Light". Sharkey's mixes are always the fastest in the series. This CD of 303-induced freeform hardcore is no exception.CD1: Hixxy's mix is the worst of the set. But it's OK, because the Breeze & Styles mix is so good, you can overlook Hixxy's recent flop. If you like this compiliation: give Bonkers 9 a listen. It has Hixxy, Sharkey and Scott Brown all at their best."
This is a completely Bonkers album.

"CD1 HIXXY: Not the best mix of this comp. A fair few rockin tunes such as 'Fallen Angel' 'You're my Angel' 'Tantric' 'C.O.N' 'Whole' and 'Always'. Hixxy has'nt always been that good in my opinion but he still remains one worth checking out.CD2 SHARKEY: Sharkey does it again with his uncompromising bunch of freeform/hardcore. No-one rocks it like Sharkey boy. The whole mix is top quality with a desire to listen to it over and over again. It seems Sharkey is'nt going to soften up in the near future if he keeps on banging it like he always has done. I hope one day I can be the next Sharkey, without over shadowing him of course.. CD3 SCOTT BROWN: Scott Brown serves up a tasty helping of feel good hardcore and some crunchy seconds with his assault of nu-style gabba. 'This one's for all of us' is an absolute banger, coupled with a seamless transition into 'Torn'. 'Boomstick' is a nice tune with almost hardstyle cuts. 'Alles Kapot' ends things nicely with some nice beats and just hard as nails. I can't give you a review of the Breeze and Styles mix as I don't actually have a copy of the mix as I downloaded the other 3 as mp3's and converted them 3 only onto disc. I hope to get the remaining Bonkers releases to complete my collection."
