"Although my favorite tracks are by "Goo" and "Mujaji" I have to say that the album is nice and cohesive; a very mellow mixture that you can leave on without getting up to change tracks. Certainly a must-have for trip-hop fans."

"Unlike Shadows previous Blunted projects which focus mainly on underground hip-hop(but excelent none the less), this album runs the gambet from ragga jungle to Boards of Canadaesq melodica to blunted out trip hop. Unlike their Ninja Tune re-re-reissues, this is a very unique and well thought out compolation. Many of the artists I've never heard of before, and I'm hoping Shadow will release some more of their work in the near future. So if you like WARP, Ninja Tune, Mo wax, etc. this will not disapoint."

"Shadow records keeps releasing one great compilatoin after another. Hardly a weak track on this one, although Mujaji's "Free the Rich" (the first track) outshines them all. If you have any self respect at all you won't go another day without this album."
