A double CD compilation featuring 18 bands, each with two tracks, an a-side and a b-side. Two thirds of the bands are from Chicago, while the rest are from other parts of the USA. Musically the comp runs the gamut of styles, from quarky pop, to emo-rock, with an emphasis on quality. Unfortunately, most of the bands on this comp have broken up, but it is still a great mix and well worth the price. A good way to get turned on to some other Beluga bands and releases. It features exclusive tracks from Beluga artists the Velmas, Jaws of Life, Grand Theft Auto and early versions of songs by Todays My Super Spaceout Day.
