"i have a hard time finding music to suit my taste--the line between music that might find its way to Hearts of Space and terrible cheese (Yanni) has yet to be delineated in any record store i've ever been to. i have become rather cautious these days, but have been so desparate lately that i've taken to buying compilations... with mixed results. this is definitely one of the best purchases i've made recently, and i've been listening to it constantly for two weeks w/o tiring. the first track is from a HOS featured artist, Makyo, persuading me to order their album, Vismaya, and the second is from juno reactor, whose album, shango, i've also ordered. Youth, the mixer and sometimes producer, has done an exceptional job here, and i wish everything he has worked on lived up to the mood captured here. the last four tracks together are magnificent; i wish i could find more from the four artists, but the web is as impenetrable as ever. if you are a devoted fan of hearts of space and enjoy all varities of music, you will not! be disappointed with this album. oh yeah, did i mention dead can dance on this album? now i just have to get the first two compilations in this series...."
