"wow! this is one hell of a good cd. but know this: it's not abstract and not lounge at all. it's alot more club oriented' with a deep house fell to it. a lot of percussion, raging batucada's, and a lot of fun. that's the kind of music i was looking for. i'm quite tired of the growing number of nu bossa nova and acid jazz brazil. it's simply far from the real brazilian carnaval feel. and while most of the compilations are jazzy and mellow (and don't get me wrong - i like jazz), it's nice to have a happy compilation for a change!!!"
