One of the best compilation CD's that I've heard in a while.

"I picked this CD up initially because it had a great song from Thin Lizzy. Hollywood has always been my favorite track from Thin Lizzy. It's one of those songs that didn't necessarily make the Top 10 but nevertheless is a great track. That's one of the things that I like about this CD. It has all of the tunes that you would expect from bands in the 80's such as Ratt, Poison, and The Cult. But it also has others like Remember The Heroes from Hagar instead of something like I Can't Drive 55. White Lion's Little Fighter is another good example. Vito Bratta's guitar work is excellent on this cut. Of course there's all of the big hair that you would expect with bands like Europe and Winger but the songs are really good if you can get past the visual aspect of it. Whitesnake, Cinderella, and Dio. What more do you need to say about Dio? What a voice. Overall, the CD rocks. It does have a couple of tracks that I felt didn't really fit with the rest of the songs. The cuts from Yes and Foreigner are good but just didn't seem to blend with the rest of the CD. Even so, it's a great CD and well worth the investment"
