"I Bought This Soundtrack In Anticipation Of The New Film And After Listening To It Several Times At Work, I Thought WOW!!!! This Is Certainly A Well Thought Out Soundtrack... People Will Be A Little Pissed-Because The Main Halloween Theme Isn't Included On This Score, But I Have A Feeling That Mr. Rob Zombie Would Say 1 Of 2 Things... 1-If You Want To Hear It, Listen To The First Soundtrack... 2-This Is A Continuation Of My Vision-Not A Rehash- Or A Remake Of The First Film... There's A Reason Behind My Madness-GIVE IT A CHANCE!!!! There's Some Great Stuff Here!!... Furthermore, On A Strong Bet, I'm Willing To Believe Not Only Is He Trying To Give Our Younger Generation A Shot At Hearing Some Really Cool Older Music-But The Fact Is Plain And True-He Personally Picked These Songs To Work In His Film. And I'll Add A Few More Things... Love Hurts On This Soundtrack Is Soooo Genius... REALLY COOL!!!!! And Amerarockers...WOW!!! Let Alone 10cc-How Macabre Is That?? And Beleive Me... Mr. Rob Zombie Did Unleash A Little Crazy Madness Upon Us With The Final Track-Nurse Killa (Thank You Mr. Tyler Bates!!)This Is An Ultimate Party Rocking Halloween Soundtrack!!!!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!"

"I bought this CD to know what to expect from the new upcoming HALLOWEEN film, which I'm busting a gut to see! There are some pretty decent songs like Nights in White Satin, AmeraRockers, Kick out the Jams, The Chase is Better Than the Catch, and much more! You also get two songs from Captain Clegg and the Night Creatures who play at Haddonfield's 4th Annual Phantom Jam. They sing Transylvania Terror Train, and Honky Tonk HALLOWEEN. Finally, you get little lines from people in the movie like Dr. Loomis telling people that Michael is D-E-A-D, Deborah Myers telling Michael to bring Laurie home this year, and Uncle Seymour Coffins telling a joke about the difference between a Jack-O-Lantern and a blonde. I highly recommend the HALLOWEEN II ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK!!!"
