"These are some of my favorite pieces. Dvorak's New World Symphony and Prokofievs first Symphony, "Classical". The Dvorak piece may be more popular, in that favorable major tone, but the Prokofiev is certainly very interesting and should be listened to about as much as the first. The orchestras playing this are almost non heard of, both from St. Petersburg. There are no mistakes that are particularly obvious, and none that i have found. The conductors Titov and Martynov do fantastic jobs, making the pieces sound like they were played by a big city, like New york or Berlin. This is definitly worth getting, for the low price that it is at now."
