Album Description

2010 two CD set, a collection of classic '80s recordings from the San Francisco Electronic/Post-Punk outfit. Until December were signed to the 415 Records label and issued one fine album and many groovy 12" singles in the mid-1980s. Their sound was a cross between Techno-Pop, Disco and new wave. This double disc set pretty much encompasses their entire recorded work. Disc One features the full album plus a bunch of non-LP singles. Disc Two features 12" remix versions of their best tracks. Wounded Bird.

NO reissue label has any excuse for getting a release wrong

"I'm literally speechless over this release--good thing I can still write. Wounded Bird has outdone ANY of their reissues with this 2-disc collection of a more obscure 80s new wave/post punk/hi-nrg dance group. Nearly everything that Until December released in the 80s is here, including their one self-titled LP and all their 12" mixes and b-sides. The sound is flawless, with no sign of vinyl transfer. The ONLY Until December song that seems to be missing from this is Mercenary, which can be found on the DCC compact disc compilation Hi NRG Dance Classics Volume 1:

The band even does covers of Blondie's Call Me and Bauhaus's Bela Lugosi's Dead. If you love 80s alternative/new wave/synthpop/post punk/dance music, you must own this definitive 2-disc collection of Until December. Thank you Wounded Bird Records. Keep them coming like this. Track list:
