"Another great cd from Richard Souther. I'm not sure if he chose the band name "Under the Radar" with tongue-in-cheek, but to me the name is appropriate: this amazing composer continues to put out the kind of low-key electronica that is both subtle and profound. This is not MUZAK, but quietly complex electronica that works equally well as featured selection or background music at a party. I have 3 of 4 Under the Radar cd's and will definitely pick up the the last. My personal favorite is "Radio Flyer" because it speaks to night owls like myself, but "I was There, I Traveled, But I Can't Remember When" is every bit as whimsical, sincere, and engaging. I'm not exactly sure why Mr. Souther is "under the radar" but I do know that his kind of talent and performance are what a lot of us who are tired of Top 40 and Sirius playlists are looking for. It is adult music--familiar and visionary. You've stumbled on a gem."
