"I bought this album at a show i attended, during the Aberdeen Jazz Festival, 2006. It was a Quartet led by Ulf Wakenius, with the very talented Dave Green on the Bass.



During the set break Ulf anounced that he was signing some CD's for those who were interested. I was more than happy to shell out 12 quid for this. And it turned out very good. The music they played at the show was nothing like it is on this album. The show was an all-electric set, in terms of the atmosphere and the instruments. Ulf was on fire.



But this album is different. He has selected tunes of the legendary Keith Jarrett and has done a wonderful job of re-interpreting them on his instrument, the guitar. Ulf is truly a master of the guitar. This album showcases that mastery.



Jan Erik Kongshaug, the recoding engineer on this album is credited with recording many Keith Jarrett albums and has done a wonderful job here. He gets the finest sounds out of these three very talented artists.



Get this and I'm sure you won't be disappointed one bit. Don't take my word for it. Just buy it and let the music speak for itself."
