The title "Atomic Guitar" is rather too modest

"This is a wonderful album. U.P. Wilson plays hot and fast Texas blues. He will make you understand, where Stevie Ray came from. Wilson is the blueprint, Vaughan modelled himself after.
Paul Otra and his Kingpins back up Wilson in great manner. Wonderful harmonica play and okay singing, but mostly it is U.P. Wilson, who tears it up. Just listen to his "Hideaway", better than any other, including Freddie!"

"A great guitarist he has a style all his own. Stevie Ray Vaughan learned some great things from him, like playing the guitar with one hand. He is a great song writer and fine vocalist. This is his best one to me, it is also recorded live in England, try all his other albums except (On My Way) this one is kind of weak. Buy (Wild Texas) guitar if you can find it, this is very hard to find. But I find (Attack Of The Atomic Guitar) to be his best. This also features (Paul Orta & The Kingpins), this really adds to it, Paul is one heck of a harp player."
