TZU are still riding high on the success of their second album ?Smiling At Strangers', which has spawned Triple J anthems ?She Gets Up', ?Coming Round' and ?In Front Of Me'. To coincide with the upcoming national tour TZU are re-releasing ?Smiling At Strangers' as a limited edition double disc package dubbed ?Snarling At Strangers', which includes the original album, collectors edition art work, and a separate bonus disc which includes film clips and five previously unreleased songs that didn't fit the good times feel of the Smiling album. Most of these tracks are lyrically fuelled by a darker, more political bent, which shows that TZU have not lost their ability to challenge the status quo and get people thinking. It has been a massive 12 months for the TZU crew. The critically acclaimed album has already been a finalist in the inaugural AMP prize while the lads were also recently voted winners on Yahoo's ?Who's Next' online poll as the next big thing in Australian hip hop. They have also just come off a massive national tour with Butterfingers and delivered killer performances at this years' BDO, Strikeback and Splendour In The Grass festivals.
