"I have owned several copies of this particular CD and over the years have worn them out! This recording has some of her BEST songs. This time, I converted to MP3, so I will own it forever!"

"This cassette was my introduction to Twila Paris when I picked up a $2.99 tape at K-Mart in the fall of 1997. I wore that tape out listening to it so much and got the CD later. So here's the point-by-point review.

"A Heart That Knows You" - gives you the feeling you're about to enter an 'experience' of worship.

"Destiny" - upbeat pop-ish number with a good message.

"How Beautiful" - a definite for Communion song and taken straight (for the most part) out of the pages of the Bible.

"I See You Standing" - pretty good effort.

"Wandering Pilgrim" - something everyone can relate to if you've ever had a bad situation in your life.

"Every Heart That Is Breaking" - so relevant to all of our lives; whatever situation, you've been there at some point. Good ministry song.

"Warrior Is A Child" - probably her best-known song, David Clydesdale did a youth musical with this back in the early 80s.

"Runner" - a song of motivation and encouragement that sounds like the anthem that opens the Olympics - fittingly.

"Holy Is The Lord" - in duple meter, 6/8 time, this up and down the scale use of vowels is good for voice training - oh, and it's primary purpose, praise of God.

"True Friend" - a song about Jesus; very pop-ish and 80s sounding.

"Sweet Victory" - see "True Friend"

"Relase/He Is Exalted" - certainly the best-known Twila written praise hymn, this is like a second call to worship. Excellent intro and performance.

"Lamb of God" - O lamb of God, sweet lamb of God - going through the complex relatioship between God and Christ, Christ and man, and God and man - and the only sacrifice that mediates.

"Do I Trust You" medley - closes with a fitting benediction.

Get it if you ever find it. One of the few genuine five-star Christian releases.
