"Its release in 1979, acted like a bomb effect. The sound is rough, the recordings were done in 15 days, nearly in live conditions...but the result is there, and the public's answer is quick. It's true that the first LP was greatly helped by a tour and some notorious acts, like a gig at the Fleury Merogis prison.Little regrets however for the fans from the first hours, the LP doesn't contain some classics as "Prends pas ton flingue", "Paris by Night" ( which ones were already on the first single ), and especially "Seventeen" and "Telex" who will never been released in the future...
Although this first shot gives us some undying tracks : "Prefabricated" and its memorable drum break, "Bosser 8 heures" and its killer lyrics, "Police Milice" ( no comments....)and particularly "L'Elite" and its epic guitar solo which would become a reference in the whole rock scene...First LP for a band that was already considered as a future major band for some people and straw fire for the others...
Only the future would prove that these musicians who were considered as "pimply young students without brains" acted right by putting their hope in a band that had the courage and the strength to shout loudly its ideas."
