"I must have a hundred CDs that no one has ever heard of. This is one that I am still astounded about.



Tri State Killing Spreee, or 3SKS to fans, were a Seattle based Goth band with some serious Cure influence that managed to maintain their own identity in the music.



Though the name seems to hint at some kind of hard edge Goth or Death Metal feel - nothing could be further from the truth. 3SKS is a band that crafted great and, sometimes catchy tunes that did more than bemoan loss and remorse.



My favorites from this CD are Chance, My Socrates, Sometimes Silver, and Stronghands and Make-Believe."
