"Talk about your exclusive release. This nine song longplayer was recorded in fall,1976 by members of Harmonia.Ambient music pioneer Brian Eno joined the band to assemble this wonderful piece of krautrock. For certain reason(s),the master tape for 'Tracks&Traces' got misplaced and was recently discovered in someone's closet, sock drawer, basement, stash box, foot locker, etc.Cuts here "By The Riverside" and "Sometimes In Autumn" are unlike anything I've ever heard before."Vamos Companeros" and "Weird Dreams" also show just what is so extraordinarly cosmic about Harmonia. If you haven't heard of this band, don't feel bad. It's made of Roedelius and Moebius(of Cluster)and Michael Rother(of Neu! and early Kraftwerk).Recommended,if you enjoy this genre. So,the only thing left for me to say is happy trippin'!"

"The other review does no justice to this valuable puzzle piece within the Krautrock diaspera. Part of the beauty of Krautrock is that it does not always (and doesn't pretend to) "gel." It is experimentation at its finest , and that comrades is what art and artistic integrity are about. Buy this album!"
