"Wow, this is the first cd I bought of Tony's.. I read about this great guitarist and I thought I picked up the wrong cd..The souind quality is very poor...you have to re-adjust your stereo just for this cd..The music isn't really bad, just not what I expected after reading reviews of this artist.. I hope he reads these reviews and does some work on the production of his next work.. I was very disappointed and feel kind of ripped off..."

"This album is not what the majority of Tony's fans would expect. The sound is very poor, but overall this is a fine singing attempt from Tony himself. The rhythms are more rock oriented, solos are melodic, but not as powerful as on his other albums. Have you ever heard Satriani's singing attempt ? Well, then buy this CD and you'll find out yourself what else besides playing Tony can do!For all of those who bought this CD as the very first Tony MacAlpine CD they own, I recommend Edge of Insanity, Maximum Security, Premonition and Violent Machine. Another GREAT attempts are albums CAB, Mark Boals' Ring of Fire (new! Tony plays guitars), Vinnie Moore's Maze (keyboards) and Toshi Iseda's Full On! (guitarsAnd if you like more progressive music then listen to Derek Sherinian's Planet X (guitars) and Vitalij Kuprij's VK3 (guitars, keyboards)! All in all I recommend this album for true MacAlpine fans!"
