I don't own the cd yet, but I followed the score closely while watching it last night, and it was truly magnificent. It could stand on its own without the movie as a truly horrifying collection of songs inspired by nothing but BLOOD AND DEATH!" One for the songs and not the score!! But this is one CD I would buy for the songs. Especially "More and More" by Webb Pierce, and "In the Valley of the Sun" by Buddy Stuart. Those seem like "back in the good ol' days" songs."
