CD Reviews
A great sound

"Tom Toth's songs are everything that is good about singer/songwriters today. His style is reminiscent of the late 60's with great pop tunes that will surely gain him the recognition he deserves. His unique sound is a welcome break from the recycled music that dominates the airwaves these days. More people should give Tom Toth a listen, and with an album like this one I'm sure they will."
Voice of Truth and Beauty
Anthony Gravino | 07/14/2000
(5 out of 5 stars)
"Tom Toth's "Good News From Outer Space" is a masterpiece. It is rich in detail and generous in space, and it transcends time, culture, and genre. Tom speaks with the voice of truth and delivers a message of hope as he reconciles the noise of technology with the beauty of the universe. His songs pose universal questions, while his observations are anchored in the richness of daily life. From the wistful "Roustabout" and "Another Planet" to the sweeping beauty of "In the Afterlife" to the keenly insightful "2x4" and "Water From the Moon," to the gripping "Good News from Outer Space" to the introspective "Combat Experience," and "Post a Sentry," this collection is a soaring masterpiece. It is brilliant. Tom's gifts in composition and in musical and vocal performance are clearly evident, and the beauty of this collection will endure. Thank you, Tom Toth."

"Tom Toth's debut album, Rope Of Sand, was fantastic but this new CD is even better! It's fun! It keeps you moving and WOW - who's the girl on the cover? Besides the music, Tom has a great contest going on to promote this CD. Have you seen it? YOU COULD ACTUALLY WIN A CAR! Very cool record, Tom! Great job!"
THE MUSIC THAT TOUCHES YOUR SOUL

"Tom Toth has a hit once again. The music contained in "Good News From Outer Space" contains sentiments that have touched all of us deeply from time to time in our lives. It is the music of the 60's that brings you peace and also inspires you to live and to love. It brings comfort and joy and it lets you know that there are still musical artists in this world whose music is for "real" people who lead real lives. How I love it and how I always anticipate a new Tom Toth release and/or live show. You're the greatest, Tom!!!!!! Thanks to Bohemian Embassy for producing this wonderful artist."
