First One is a collection of World-Orchestral grooves and wordless hymns incorporating acoustic instruments from around the world, such as, the kora (21-string West African harp-lute), kalimbas & m'biras (South African thumb pianos), acoustic guitar, piano, choral voices, modal zither, bansuri flute, ethnic percussion and much much more.

Initially designed to accompany yoga classes, First One is the original pressing of Tom Rossi's debut album, Salma Har, with a different song order and one 'bonus track', titled Coupling, to make this a unique and powerful record in it's own right.
