"The first 2 tracks of the CD are the exact same as DJ Icey's Breaks Elements CD. Tipper's CD was released 2 months before Icey. I love Icey, but when I found this out and listened to the differences between the tracks, I like Tipper's mix better. Tracks 1-9 are all outstanding. Just like Icey, I think his original tracks are better than his remixes, tracks 3 and four are innovative. This man's scratching skills are outstanding. The only reason I gave this CD 4* is because The music portion only lasts about 40 minutes. The rest of the CD is samples. I paid [amt]for 40 minutes (That's Ms. Cleo rates). The music is very aggressive. Good CD. Pay [amt] for it here, but not [amt] at a import shop."
