"Most of the songs are extremely simple, somewhat catchy and for the most part original. It took me a little bit to get used to the little kid vocals but it feels oddly appropriate. I like the songs but one of the biggest things that keeps me from putting this album into regular rotation is that their chord progressions really don't seem to hold the song together. At the same time that seems to be what makes these songs different since they don't use the punk rock chording thing as a crutch. shows that they are musicians focusing on song craft, and not just regurgitating the same tired old stuff back to us. I really like the guitar it has a really raw solid state feel, as opposed to the age old tube sound. It feels like people are giving these kids a lot of slack since they are so young. Overall its just ok, but when you consider their age it is pretty impressive. Is it worth purchasing? not new but an inexpensive used copy will do."

"Really fun punk rock record from a band made up literally of kids. Guest appearances from the Yeah Yeah YEahs, Fred Schneider of the B-52s, Kimya Dawson and Gibby Haynes from the Butthole Surfers"
