"I'm Dave Richards' brother, so this is a bit biased. Dave wrote all the songs on this album. A stellar blend of Beatley psychedelia, T. Rex-ian riffs, and Cheap Trick-ish melodies, Richards leads his power trio through a labyrinth of acid-drenched imagery topped off by some of the best guitar solos in the galaxy (ain't no hyperbole, either!). The sad note in all this brilliance is that Richards' career was cut short when he died suddenly in 2003. The music lives on. Ya can't stop rock. As the liner notes read: "We love you and we do it all for you.""
