"Originally put out in 1991,'Magick' was Blake's third out of his four releases available.About as good as his other CD's,'Crystal Machine','Jerusalem' and 'Tide Of The Century'(see my reviews of all three).Basically, just good somewhat hypnotic progressive. The inlay card notes the eight song CD was recorded live at the 'Moulin A Vent' in France, but I don't seem to hear an audience.Best track here is the atmospheric "A Return To Clouds" and a couple of other good songs are "A Dream","More Magick" and "Waiting For Nati"(nice vocals). Also noted is the fact this disc contains 'minimal music',which means only one synthesiser,a sequencer and one microphone was used.Reportedly recorded in one take. Not many artists could pull that off.A should-have."
It's good

"i have the mantra edition of the cd, which looks the same as voiceprint. i enjoy the opening track, "magick circle". my only complaint is that i find his vocals weak. i just don't think he is a strong singer. like the lyrics, especially some of his stuff with hawkwind and gong. i guess i favor his more instrumental cds. that's just my opinion though."
