This Et Al formed in late 2002. Often compared to My Bloody Valentine, Interpol, Mogwai, And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead and Sonic Youth, and with 3 sold-out singles, national radio play in the UK, and great press from NME, etc, things look to go from strength to strength in 2007. After a split single 'He Shoots Presidents' with fellow Leeds band Forward, Russia!, This Et Al's first release proper, the 'You've Driven For Miles...' single sold-out in two days and the follow up, 'Wardens' continued the trend and out-sold its predecessor. The band also headlined the unsigned stage at the famous Leeds festival in 2006. This Et Al's debut album Ã"Baby Machine' will follow later in the year as the band's following grows and extends outside the UK along with peers The Futureheads, Forward, Russia!, etc.
