"Thea has been playing in the Western Wisconsin, Eastern Minnesota area for many years. Her years of songwriting prowess and endless gigs in small venues finally bears fruit with this album. The album is a mixed bag of Thea standards and some new material. She takes us on a journey of lost loves, bitter suite romance, and social commentary. All of the emotion and sentiment in this album is delivered with her own unique vocal and piano stylings blended and sometimes forced together with guitar, electric viol, percussion and various and asundry sounds. If there is one drawback to this disc it is the recording quality which falls short of captruing Thea's full voice and gental harmony, while at times being down right noisy with tape hiss and other minor flaws. If you are interested in some truly eclectic music that defies a label give this one a listen."
