Built on the song writing of Dennis Winslow, Rod Langdahl and Bob Logue, The Naysayers have a sound that's all their own but echoes back to roots rock practitioners like Rockpile, Graham Parker, and even Tom Petty with a sprinkling of Dwight Yoakam for good measure. With Some Other Place, their fourth CD, The Naysayers brand of rocking americana has been wowing Northwest crowds for several years now. Guitarist/vocalists Rod Langdahl and Bob Logue cut their teeth with the Northwest band ThinMan in the 1980s. ThinMan was a runnerup in the inaugural MTV's Basement Tapes. Guitarist/vocalist Dennis Winslow wrote for Warner Chappell in the early 1990s and now writes for film and television.
