"Talk about a group who didn't quite get there due,the Natural 4 is one of those groups. They are as smooth stepping as they are singing.Such tracks as "Heaven right here on Earth" and"Try love again" are just a little sample of what these four men from Oakland California can do.If you can find anything by these guys, but it!They are truly in the category with The Stylistics,The Whispers and The Dramatics and ChiLites."
Won't say the album commands very high numbers....but!

"Some excellent soul/sweet soul songs are harbored on this, the reissue of the group's 2nd album "Heaven Right Here On Earth"! The album, released in 1975, out of Curtis Mayfield's "Curtom" studios, this vocal harmony group had the benefit of being produced by Leroy Hutson on this album (remember Donny Hathaway's classic "The Ghetto"? Well it was written by he and then roommate - Leroy Hutson, and aside from his short period as Curtis Mayfield's replacement with The Impressions, and his sought after solo work, he also produced amongst others, one of the "The Voices Of East Harlem's albums, the one with "Giving Love" on it, an expensive, long gone album, and chased by soul record collectors. That lp was reissued onto cd in England several years ago, and it is now gone!). Leroy's production skills helped insure that this album was one of the best to come out of the Curtom studios. An excellent, quality, harmony and soul lp. UK's Sequel label was sharp enough to know, reissued, problem is, as usual, time and production parameters have it now 'bout gone! Securing the lp, when offered will require +$30-$40 in the normal venues. The cd is digitally remastered, high quality, a pleasure to hear. Another rare soul lp with some excellent music on it. 4 stars. It's Buy Time!"
