"This CD is just as amazing, if not more, than the first album by Psychedelic Moods. Not only does it have almost all the songs from the 1st album, but it takes it one step further by presenting some of the different takes on the songs. One of my favorite songs, "Trip #76," has two of its takes on this album. It is interesting to see how the song changes before they make their "final cut." The interesting thing about this song is that the take, especially take 3, sounds better than the final version of "Trip #76." I should also note that "Turned On" (takes #2 and 3), which are two different songs, also sound very good. In some cases, the take ended up being the final cut, like in the case of "Your Choice to Choose." All of the songs on this album are amazing, and deserve much the same credit as the songs on the first album. Also, "Pink Ether," another interesting song by the Deep, is done without any sound effects, and I think it sounds just as good as final take, if not better. They also provide a version of "When Rain Is Black" without the words.......it is just the music part, which in and of itself sounds very appealing. There are more songs to this album, but this rare compilation of takes on songs by The Deep is a very valuable collector's item, and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys listening to obscure psychedelic rock. :)"
