"I just got this in the mail am listening to it now. Absolutely amazing sound. I had the first Disintegration CD from long ago & the difference is very noticeable on this remaster.



I've never heard the Entreat tracks before, so this is a real "treat" for me. I read some comments that people were disappointed that it wasn't the whole Wembley show...well, the album is just Disintegration, so obviously they are only going to use the tracks from Disintegration, yes? Also, the liner notes say the Entreat tracks were are all remixed in 07/2009, so that may be an added bonus.



Many live CDs don't sound very good, but this is certainly an exception. Smith's vocals are very clear & the overall sound is very warm and open; bass is nice & tight. Love it! Now I need to listen to the third disc of rarities..."

"This album stands the test of time as one of the greatest ever made and I have probably listened to it more than any other album in my collection. A timeless classic that always sounds great. This deluxe edition was extremely well done and long overdue (I have them all and I highly recommend you buy every deluxe edition, especially if you are a Cure fan). It sounds so much better than the original CD and the extra rarities and concert tracks are amazing. Check out the song "Pirate Ships" on the rarities CD."
