Endearingly off-kilter

"I heard the song "Say Something New" on the Target ad, so I downloaded the single on iTunes, but it was very different from the mix in the commercial. This was my introduction to their sound. After I got over the shock, I decided I liked it enough to buy the whole album.
Most of the songs are very good, although there are times when they drag on or sound repetitive a bit. I like their sound, but there are times when they stick to it a little too much and it begins to get difficult telling one tune from another when you've got it on in the background when you're cooking or surfing the web or whatever. (That's why I gave it 4 stars)
If you're into music that deviates from the standard over-produced pop stuff on the radio, then you should look at this album. It's the kind of thing that grows on you, so don't buy it expecting it to be something else."
