"I don't know who put this "playlist" together, but whoever it is is neither a fan of the band nor someone who ever went to one of their concerts. If he actually did go to a concert he was too stoned or too busy schmoozing to remember what they played. Anything that claims to be the best of the Allmans and doesn't have "One Way Out", "Whippin Post", Statesboro Blues", "Trouble No More", "Revival" or "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed" is hoping it will be bought on the strength of the title by people who don't know what they're looking for. If you're looking for a good pulling together of memorable Allman songs, this ain't it."

"Ok, I'm checking this out, I'm an Allman Brothers band before alot of this mediocre came around. There are plenty of Allmans, Best Of CDs around, but this ain't one of them. Just somebody trying to make money, and using alternate versions, That wasn't the classic Blue Sky with Dickey and Duane. Since they kicked Dickey out of the band, they should not be claiming his material for their own.
This is a quickly put together list of more recent songs without Betts and Duane, 2 of the best guitarists in rock history, Dickey still is.
Before you pick up a best of, check what's on it, There are a few on this site much better than this."
