Some Weak Material Here But Great Just The Same

"Terry Steele...the man behind Here and Now...the classic luther ballad. It has since gotten a tad old because of such heavy radio play, but that doesn't make it bad! Here Steele covers it and well with it he does! The track's melody is fresh and new, and it sounds extremely tight. I loved a song called Feelin' You and was stuck on it for a long time. I like the fact that in his pre-Hiroshima year was full of Hiroshima members, making it a lot of fun to hear. I love the band and their inclusion makes the record that much more special. The bad moment for me was Say Goodbye. What a schmaltzy throwaway that was. I would have left that alone. I also hated the whole Day By Day thing. Trust me it was cool to have a theme for the record, but he could have told a story or something, that didn't make the listener crazy every time you heard "day by day, these things I pray" for the 8th time.My all time fave is the hip hop track My Good! What a cool song, very uplifting, and funky. I'm having a lot of fun with this one right now Other than that this is a welcome addition to anyone's collection. It's a fun breezy full listen. Enjoy!"
